AI prompts sent to our AI providers may be retained by those providers according to their own policies. We do not control retention on third-party AI models, but we do not transmit unnecessary personal information.

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

  • User account & resumes: Until you delete them
  • Conversation data: Until the resume session is deleted
  • Login codes: Automatically deleted after expiration
  • Uploaded files: Deleted when the session or resume is deleted
  • Analytics data: Retained in aggregate form only

You may request account deletion at any time (see Section 9).

We implement industry-standard safety measures, including:

  • HTTPS for all traffic
  • Account authentication via time-limited email codes
  • Server-side session storage

  • IP-based abuse detection
