Turn duties into achievements.

Paste the bullets from one job. Each comes back two ways, leading with an action verb and ending with a result, with placeholders where a number would make it stronger.

How to get the most from it

Action, then result

A strong bullet answers "what did you do, and what changed because of it?" Start with a verb such as led, cut, built or trained, and end with the outcome.

Numbers beat adjectives

"Cut invoice errors 40%" says more than "greatly improved accuracy". If you don't know the exact figure, a careful estimate you can explain is fine.

Three to five per job

Keep the bullets that matter for the job you want, most impressive first. Older roles need fewer.

Questions

Will it make up numbers?

No. Where a number would help, the rewrite leaves a placeholder in brackets, such as [X%], for you to fill in with the real figure.

How many bullets can I paste?

Up to a job or two at a time works best, about 10 bullets.
