How to get the most from it

Why keywords matter

Most employers screen applications with an applicant tracking system (ATS). Recruiters search it for the skills and titles in the posting, so a strong candidate whose resume uses different words can be missed.

Use the exact words, honestly

If the posting says "stakeholder management" and you have done it, say "stakeholder management". Never add a skill you don't have; it will come up in the interview.

Tailor each application

A resume tuned for one posting usually scores lower on the next. Keep a master version and make a tailored copy for every job that matters.

Questions

What is a good resume match score?

Above 70 is usually strong enough to get past keyword screening. Below 50 means the resume is probably missing the core skills or titles the employer searched for.

Do you store my resume?

No. The text is sent to the AI to write your report and is not saved to an account or used for anything else.
